Swedish daily newspaper “Aftonbladet” run something they call “Viktklubb” which is a diet and weight loss magazine and community. I have been reading some of their articles out of curiosity and so far I am not impressed. Some advices and suggestions are way off from reality. Some of their “slim-food” recipes are sometimes off several hundred of KCAL and not really all that “slim”. I am not claiming myself to be an expert but If you’re serious about weight loss and diet I suggest you get a second opinion before you helplessly throw yourself at the advices from viktklubb.
